CANCELLATION AGREEMENT FORM *

STANDARD BOARDING CANCELLATION POLICY

To avoid cancellation fees, reservations must be canceled or modified at least 7 days prior to check-in.

If canceled less than 7 days before arrival, the owner agrees to pay a fee equal to two (2) nights of boarding.

HOLIDAY BOARDING CANCELLATION POLICY

Holiday boarding reservations require at least 14 days notice for cancellation.

If canceled less than 14 days before arrival, the owner agrees to pay 100% of the total reservation amount.

HOLIDAY PERIODS INCLUDE

  • New Year's Eve & New Year's Day

  • Easter Weekend

  • Memorial Day Weekend

  • Independence Day (July 4th)

  • Labor Day Weekend

  • Thanksgiving Week

  • Christmas Week

PEAK SEASON & EXTENDED STAY DEPOSIT POLICY

All holiday reservations and boarding stays of seven (7) nights or longer require a deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation amount at the time of booking. This deposit secures the reservation and is applied toward the final boarding balance.

EARLY PICK-UP POLICY

No refunds or credits will be issued for unused boarding days if a dog is picked up before the originally scheduled departure date.

EMERGENCY EXCEPTIONS

Genuine emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis at management discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.

PROPERTY & ACTIVITY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I understand my dog may participate in supervised activities on Wag Train Retreat's private 6-acre property, including outdoor exercise, structured play, enrichment activities, training exercises, nature walks, and optional pool/water activities when appropriate.

BEHAVIORAL DISCLOSURE & PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

I certify that all behavioral, medical, and safety concerns have been disclosed. I authorize Wag Train Retreat to charge applicable deposits, cancellation fees, and unpaid boarding charges in accordance with this agreement.
