Kennels are available upon request. If you would like your dog to nap, rest or sleep in a kennel during their stay, please indicate this preference on your boarding intake form so we can accommodate their routine and comfort level.

Yes! Wag Train Retreat offers transportation services for daycare guests and boarding clients on a limited basis.
Transportation may be available for pick-up and drop-off to help make your dog's stay as convenient as possible. Availability is based on scheduling, distance and location.

Yes! Puppies of all ages are welcome at Wag Train Retreat. We provide age-appropriate supervision, enrichment, potty breaks and care tailored to your puppy's developmental stage.

Yes. We welcome intact dogs. Depending on age, behavior and other guests staying at the retreat, intact dogs may have modified play schedules or individualized management plans.

In many cases, yes. Dogs with behavioral challenges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We ask that all behavioral concerns be disclosed in advance so we can determine whether we are the right fit and create an appropriate management plan.

No. Dogs of all training levels are welcome. However, our experience in dog behavior and training allows us to reinforce good habits and provide structure during your dog's stay.

Yes! We offer supervised pool and water activities for dogs that enjoy the water. Participation is always optional, and safety is our top priority.

Yes. We can administer most oral medications according to your veterinarian's instructions. Medication information should be included on your intake form.

If a medical emergency occurs, we will make every effort to contact you immediately using the contact information provided on your boarding intake form.
If you cannot be reached and veterinary care is deemed necessary, Wag Train Retreat is authorized to seek treatment on your dog's behalf to ensure their health and safety.
Your dog's well-being is always our top priority and we will keep you informed every step of the way.

To ensure the health and safety of all guests, proof of current vaccinations is required prior to boarding.
Required vaccinations include:
Rabies
DHPP (Distemper/Parvo)
Bordetella
Vaccination records must be submitted before your dog's stay.

Reservations canceled within seven (7) days of arrival will incur a fee equal to two nights of boarding.
Holiday reservations require fourteen (14) days' notice. Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of arrival for holiday periods will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.

A 50% deposit is required for holiday reservations and boarding stays of seven nights or longer. Deposits are applied toward the final balance.
